Adelphi Launches National Presidential Search

Adelphi University officially launched the national search for its 11th President this week, welcoming applicants from across the nation to consider leading this U.S. News & World Report Best College.
Adelphi University, New York, founded in 1897, has begun a comprehensive national search for its next President. With a long and storied history, yet ready to embrace the future, Adelphi is seeking an individual to serve as the chief executive officer of the University, one who will partner with Adelphi's highly engaged Board of Trustees, accomplished faculty, and dedicated staff.
According to the prospectus, Adelphi's next president will be asked "to lead with strategic vision, passion, and optimism and serve as a tireless advocate for the University's mission and its students, staff, and faculty." Adelphi's mission is to transform lives through intellectual rigor, creativity, research, and deep community engagement across the arts and humanities, STEM and social sciences, and health and wellness. Rooted in tradition and boldly focused on the future, Adelphi is poised for its next era of innovation, growth, and success.
