01/07/2026 - Upcoming depositions regulation update
In keeping with the goals of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Board) to provide efficient and timely benefits to employees and increase the efficiency of the workers' compensation system overall, the Board plans to propose a regulation updating the deposition process.
This proposal will be published on January 21, 2026, in the State Register, posted to the Board's website, and will be communicated via a Subject Number once available.
