Dentons Link Legal welcomes Aishwarya Samanta as Associate Partner to its Banking and Finance Practice

Dentons Link Legal has strengthened its Banking & Finance and Projects practice with the appointment of Aishwarya Samanta as an Associate Partner in its Delhi office.

Aishwarya advises banks, financial institutions and funds on complex financing transactions across structures and lending arrangements. Her experience spans project finance, private credit and direct lending, structured lending, debt restructuring, and external commercial borrowings, with a focus on renewable energy, power, infrastructure, construction, and real estate.

She has advised domestic and international banks, financial institutions, and private credit funds on direct lending and uni-tranche structures, syndicated loans, refinancing, and project financings, as well as borrowers and developers on project advisory matters, including tender documentation, PPPs and consortium arrangements.

Prior to joining the Firm, Aishwarya was with Phoenix Legal, advising on mandates involving infrastructure financing institutions and developers.
