Commissioner Director announces next installment of Wellness Challenge for County employees

FREEHOLD, NJ - On behalf of the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners, Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone is pleased to announce the latest installment of the Director's Wellness Challenge. This year's Challenge encourages employees to walk 7,500 steps per day for 20 days each month from October 1 through December 31.

This marks the fourth installment of the Director's Wellness Challenge, which helps motivate County employees to complete monthly step goals and prioritize their health.

"My fellow Commissioners and I wanted to build on the success of last year's Challenge, which took place over the holiday season," said Commissioner Director Arnone. "Daily movement toward your goal is proof that small efforts lead to big results. I look forward to cheering on County employees throughout the Challenge!"
