BALTIMORE, MD (April 13, 2026) - Harbor Freight, a national retailer known for providing high-quality tools at an affordable price to both professionals and DIYers, has selected Robinson Crossing in Severna Park as the site for the group's second Anne Arundel County location, joining an existing facility in Glen Burnie. The company, which operates more than 1,600 stores nationally and 22 in Maryland, signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 21,202 square feet of space at the nearly 115,000 square foot shopping center located at 550 Ritchie Highway, and recently initiated operations at the center. CRC Senior Leasing Manager, Anchor Leasing Specialist Cherene Keenan represented the landlord in this transaction.
"Harbor Freight brings a strong, value-driven retail offering to Robinson Crossing," said Kristina O'Keefe, Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at Continental Realty Corporation. "The brand fills an important need within the community while also strengthening the center's merchandising mix with a destination retailer that will drive consistent traffic. We are focused on curating shopping environments that serve as convenient, community-centered hubs, and Harbor Freight reflects that commitment. This addition not only enhances the day-to-day experience for our customers but also supports the continued growth and long-term success of the property."
Originally started as a mail-order tool business in Southern California in 1977, Harbor Freight serves more than 75 million customers annually by making dependable tools accessible without the premium price tag.
