Showcase your artistic talents at Arts Walk by choosing one of these options:

Be a featured Arts Walk artist or performer: Partner with a local business or organization to host your artwork or event. Hosting businesses will manage registration and fees on your behalf.

Sign up for the Arts Market as an artist vendor: Submit an Arts Market Interest Form online during open registration to request a booth space to sell your artwork at the outdoor Arts Market.
Olympia Businesses: Be Part of the Action!
Participate as an Arts Walk destination by hosting a showcase of artists, performers, and/or art activities at your location for Arts Walk. Submit a registration form and fee online during the month of January to secure your spot as a featured venue on the Arts Walk printed map.

Upcoming Classes at Community Print
Crossing the Finish Line: Curating & Documenting Prints
This course will cover methods of curating, editioning, finishing, and documenting prints. Students will learn how to cut and tear paper, sign and edition prints, clean up scuff marks, fill in mis-registration, repair dents and folds, and back prints. We will also cover methods of documenting your prints using smartphones, natural light, and low-cost, accessible tools.
Students will need to bring a selection of 5-10 completed prints to work on (of any printing medium) and will leave with them fully curated and documented. Instructors will also bring examples to show different techniques.

Chine Collé Printmaking
During the printing process, lightweight paper (often colored) is added to the work. Considering color blocking, students will design and carve an image in linoleum (8" x 10" or smaller), then print on paper with inclusions. A small "edition" is possible.

Our debut screening, Loving Vincent, immerses viewers in the luminous world of Vincent van Gogh-brought to life through more than 65,000 hand-painted frames. Join us as we explore the beauty, brilliance, and complexity of artists who continue to inspire across generations.
In the first fully painted feature film, 2018 Oscar-nominated LOVING VINCENT tells the story of the mysterious and tragic death of the world's most famous artist, Vincent van Gogh. Featuring the voices of Saoirse Ronan and Chris O'Dowd. Nominated for Best Animated Feature Film at the 2018 Academy Awards, the Golden Globe Awards, and the BAFTA Awards.

Upcoming at Olympia Peace Choir
Treble Voices For Peace, a branch of The Olympia Peace Choir will be having a free orientation rehearsal. Treble Voices for Peace is dedicated to building a shared vision of inclusion, community, peace and justice through the power of song. It is an all ages, community chorus performing music primarily composed by and for women and LBGTQAI2S+ folks. All voices who sing in the treble range (soprano, alto, contralto) are invited to join.
