Marcus & Millichap Closes Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Retail Center Sale

ARLINGTON, Texas, Dec. 5, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Plaza at the Parks, a 235,183-square-foot retail center in Arlington, Texas.

"This was a true value-add opportunity, but centers such as this with large-format retail spaces can limit the buyer pool, as many investors prefer smaller boxes," said Philip Levy, executive managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office. "Our marketing efforts generated strong buyer demand; we had as many as 15 offers, two of which were non-refundable earnest money on day one." Levy represented the seller.

The three-building shopping center is situated on two land parcels on West Arbrook Boulevard, close to Interstate 20, the Arlington Highlands mixed-use development, and USMD Hospital at Arlington. The population within five miles is more than 345,000 and average annual household income is $85,375. Built in 1994 and 1995 on over 20 acres, Plaza at the Parks' tenant roster includes Cheeky Monkeys, Harbor Freight, Sola Salon Studios, Palacio Furniture, and Trudy's Hallmark.
