Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised the lender group on a US$750 million corporate credit facility for Swift Current Energy, LLC to support the development, commercialization, ownership and operation of large-scale energyprojects across the United States. The transaction closed on July 29, 2026.
Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank served as Administrative Agent and Coordinating Lead Arranger, while KeyBank National Association acted as Collateral Agent. The additional participating lenders included ING Capital LLC, Truist Bank, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd., Royal Bank of Canada and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
The facility consists of US$750 million and includes an accordion feature to increase by an additional US$250 million. It provides Swift Current Energy with financial support to advance its portfolio of energy initiatives across the country.
