James Moore Announces Growth of Municipal Financial Support Services Team

Gainesville, FL (Oct. 23, 2025) - James Moore & Company is excited to announce two notable recent hires to the firm's rapidly growing Municipal Financial Support Services (MFSS) team.
Vince Tenaglia, CPFO, CGFO, has joined us as the Director of Governmental Advisory Services. With over 20 years of governmental finance and administrative experience, Vince oversees the financial, budgetary and other advisory services for James Moore's clients. He is a familiar face in the government sector, having served in positions such as assistant city manager and finance director for multiple municipalities.
Lorrie Brinson, CPA, CGFO, earlier this year as the Manager in the Governmental Advisory Services team. Lorrie has over 20 years of experience and is one of the most well-known speakers in governmental accounting in the state, frequently speaking at the Florida Government Finance Officers Association (FGFOA) Annual Conference and School of Government Finance, as well as local FGFOA chapter and FICPA State and Local Government conferences. At James Moore, she now manages our outsourced governmental advisory services and supplements the work of our governmental audit team.
Since its launch in June, the MFSS team has provided experienced, scalable financial expertise that helps municipalities stay compliant, reduce audit findings and improve operational efficiency. The popularity and success of these services is one of several reasons for the increase in team size and leadership.
