Posted on: September 3, 2025City of Rialto Notice of Public Hearing: Draft CAPER for FY2024-2025 CITY OF RIALTONOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD DRAFT CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Rialto has prepared its draft Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds. The publication of this notice notes the beginning of the 15-day public review period required under Federal Regulations 24 CFR 91.105. The public review and written comment period begins September 8, 2025, and runs through September 22, 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 CAPER will be presented to the City Council for consideration and approval on following date: DATE: September 23, 2025 TIME: 6:30 p.m. PLACE: City Hall Council Chambers 150 S. Palm Avenue Rialto, CA 92376 At this meeting, the City Council will receive public comment on the draft Fiscal Year 2024-2025 CAPER that will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Background: The CAPER provides an assessment of the City's performance in meeting Fiscal Year 2024-2025 housing and community development goals as outlined in the adopted Fiscal Year 2024-2025 One-Year Action Plan. Additionally, the CAPER discusses changes the City anticipates making in the upcoming year as a result of the assessment of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 annual performance.
