Due to dangerous weather conditions and expected re-freezing overnight, all divisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas are closed to in-person visitors on Monday, January 26, 2026. Clerk's office staff will work remotely.
All Texas Western Bankruptcy Court proceedings scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026, will be reset to another date.
