Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule

Broomfield Public Health and Environment follows and recommends the American Academy of Pediatrics' child and adolescent immunization schedule.

Broomfield Public Health and Environment (BPHE) and its Immunization Clinic rely on guidance and research supported by trusted experts to provide the best care, education and customer service to our Broomfield families. BPHE, in alignment with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, will continue to follow the 2025 American Academy of Pediatrics recommended child and adolescent immunization schedule and look forward to discussing any questions families may have about recommended vaccinations. While recent federal changes may create some confusion, BPHE's focus is to ensure access to safe and effective vaccines and clear information to support confident decision-making and a healthy community. As a reminder:

  • All Vaccines for Children (VFC) immunizations will continue to be available in BPHE's Immunization Clinic clinic
  • Insurance will continue to cover these vaccines
  • Colorado's school and child care immunization requirements have not changed

BPHE encourages families to continue to work together with their pediatricians and trusted medical care providers to ensure children are protected against preventable diseases. More information can be found at healthychildren.org and www.voicesforvaccines.org .
