3rd Annual “Broadway out of Bounds” charity concert
Come Our Productions Theatre Co. and Young Artist Training Program (YATP) proudly presents its 3rd Annual "Broadway out of Bounds" charity concert, Saturday, Nov. 15, 3 p.m., at Lewisville Grand Theater.
This concert event has raised more than $1,200 for organizations such as Dallas Hope Charities to date.
Join these talented and compassionate young artists from across D-FW, along with live, professional musicians, as they use their talents to serve their community and raise awareness of important charitable causes. There is "magic in the air" this year as the performers challenge traditional casting ideas, think outside of boundaries, and sing from their hearts. All it takes is "faith, trust, and pixie dust" to inspire belief in the magic of music and theatre.
Suggested donations are $5-$50 for this event. All seats are pay-what-you-can. Advanced ticket purchases can be made online at ourproductionstheatreco.org. This show is sponsored in part by The City of Lewisville, The Town of Flower Mound, Fitchenbaum Charitable Trust, and Texas Commission on the Arts.
Our Productions Theatre Co. is one of eight local groups receiving funding from the City of Lewisville through a grant program designed to foster cultural and fine arts in the community.
The Grand is Lewisville's home for the arts. It presents a variety of regional and national touring performers, art exhibits, and classes, while also giving the many arts groups in the greater Lewisville area a facility to perform and display their works. Its multiple performance spaces play host to a variety of events, including live music, theater, dance performances, comedy shows, and more. The center features the 294-seat Huffines Performance Hall, black box theater, recital hall, art gallery, and courtyard.
To reach The Grand from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. The Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall across Church Street from the center. Please be aware that heavy construction at the Main Street intersection with I-35E could cause traffic delays.
