Martina McBride Shares Precious First Photos With Newborn Grandchild: 'We Are So Grateful'

Martina McBride is a grandmother!

The "Blessed" icon, 60, shared the first photos with her newborn granddaughter on Instagram on Monday afternoon (November 2). She exclaimed in her caption: "She's here!!! Mia Katharine we love you beyond measure. Mom, Dad, and baby are all doing just great. We are so grateful. "

McBride announced in April that her eldest daughter, Delaney Katherine, 31, was pregnant with her first baby. The country singer-songwriter shared a glimpse of the parents-to-be in an Instagram post, announcing at that time: "My first baby is having a baby!!!!! We are so excited and happy to be welcoming our first grandchild. We are blessed indeed." McBride and her husband, Jim McBride, also share daughters Emma Justine, 28, and Ava Rose Kathleen, 21.

McBride's granddaughter is the latest baby born in the country music community. Reba McEntire 's son, Shelby Blackstock, recently welcomed Baby No. 1 with wifeMarissa Blackstock.
