Forbes names Rowan one of New Jersey’s best employers

To compile the list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 160,000 employees across the U.S. Respondents working at companies with at least 500 employees rated their employers on a range of factors, including wage parity, workplace culture, career advancement, and responsiveness to serious issues like harassment. Participants also evaluated past employers and other organizations within their industry.

Rowan's inclusion reflects strong marks from current and former employees, as well as its reputation across the higher education sector. The University's commitment to professional development, inclusive culture, and strategic growth-including the recent opening of New Jersey's first veterinary school-likely contributed to its high ranking.

With more than 1,400 employers making Forbes' list across the U.S., Rowan's recognition places it among a select group of institutions that continue to thrive and support their workforce-even amid a cooling labor market.
