PROVIDENCE, RI - Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as financial advisor to USA Hometown Experts, Inc., a prominent multi-trade residential and commercial services platform in the Southeastern United States, on its sale to GHK Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. USA Hometown was previously a portfolio company of MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Memphis, TN, USA Hometown delivers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generator, overhead door and other essential services to residential and commercial customers. The company operates through a portfolio of eight local brands. The company has built a strong reputation for reliable, high-quality service and a customer-first culture across its Southeastern footprint. GHK's investment will enable the company to accelerate its expansion into new markets, provide additional trades to its customers and strategically pursue inorganic growth opportunities across a highly fragmented landscape.
