BOZEMAN - The Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Montana State University will host Leonardo Marra for its spring Orser Executive Speakers Forum.
The event will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, in the Strand Union Building's Procrastinator Theater. Members of the public are invited to attend the free lecture.
Originally from Rome, Italy, Marra moved to Bozeman in 2022 and currently works as the events manager in the MSU Office of the President. He previously served as the treasury curator of the Papal Sacristy within the Sistine Chapel at the Vatican. His talk will focus on his experience producing events at the highest levels of leadership and diplomacy, including papal events at the Vatican, MSU events, and international ceremonies for the Sovereign Order of Malta, a global nonprofit that entertains bilateral diplomatic relations with more than 100 countries.
Started in 1988 by MSU alum David B. Orser, the Orser Executive Speakers Forum is coordinated by the Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship and brings a leader to campus each semester, with the goal of inspiring students to pursue careers as innovative, responsible and ethical business leaders. Past speakers have included Heidi Browning, chief marketing officer of the National Hockey League; Tim Solso, General Motors' board director; and Dave Stephenson, chief finance officer at Airbnb.
