The Foreign Minister received the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of Finland
On July 27, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received the credentials from Johanna Maria Ögren, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland to Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the parties noted that Uzbekistan-Finland relations have gained significant momentum in recent years.
The parties emphasized the importance of expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as encouraging direct contacts between the business communities of the two countries.
The Foreign Minister wished the Ambassador success in her responsible diplomatic mission and reaffirmed full support for her efforts aimed at further strengthening Uzbekistan-Finland relations.
