Windsor Man Arrested for Possession of Explosive Device Parts

WINDSOR, Colo. (March 13, 2026) - The Windsor Police Department has arrested Michael Foug (Date of Birth: 09/27/1997), of Windsor, Colorado, on a felony charge of possession of an explosive device parts.

On March 10, 2026, a search warrant was served at Foug's residence in the 400 block of 14th St. Serving the search warrant was a multijurisdictional effort in coordination with the Weld County Regional SWAT Team, Greeley/Weld Regional Bomb Squad, the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Evidence found during the search of Foug's residence established probable cause for his arrest.

On March 12, 2026, Foug was taken into custody without incident for the following charge:

CRS 18-12-109 - Possession of Explosive or Incendiary Device Parts. Class 5 Felony.

All charges are merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty. This is still an active investigation. No other details will be released at this time.
