With high temperatures expected to continue through the end of the week, Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy announced on July 1 that the Gil Ethier Albany County Athletic & Community Center and the Neil Hellman Library will remain open as cooling centers through Friday, July 3 for residents seeking relief from the heat.
