Garden Grove to Conduct Well Flushing on Orangewood Starting July 27

From Monday, July 27, through Thursday, August 6, the City of Garden Grove's Water Services Division will flush Well No. 19, located at Orangewood Avenue and Dolan Street. The flushing and required water quality testing are part of the well-development process.

Water may intermittently flow along the south side of Orangewood Avenue, extending west to Dallas Drive, and discharging into the storm drain system. Minor street flooding may occur, and travelers are encouraged to use alternate routes during the scheduled work.

Temporary no parking restrictions will be in effect on weekdays from Tuesday, July 28 through Monday, August 3, along the south side of Orangewood Avenue between Dolan Street and Garden Street. The bike lane along this section will be closed during this time.
