Promotion Announcement: Luis Hernandez Named Regional Sales Manager, South Central Region

Federal Pacific is proud to announce the promotion of Luis Hernandez to Regional Sales Manager for the newly established South Central Region, which includes New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Luis has been a key contributor to Federal Pacific for the past two and a half years, serving as International Business Development Manager. He has led our global sales efforts with skill, dedication, and a customer-first mindset, always putting the needs of our clients at the forefront. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, engineering, and leadership roles at respected companies in the electrical and power industries, Luis brings deep technical expertise and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.

Based in Houston, Texas, Luis is positioned at the heart of the South Central Region, enabling him to:

  • Meet with customers more frequently to understand their needs firsthand
  • Respond quickly to time-sensitive opportunities and challenges
  • Provide stronger local support for representatives and end users
