Slate Feedback Open Forum
Thank you for your time, effort, and engagement throughout the Slate implementation process. As we move forward, we want to ensure we are learning from your experiences and continuing to improve Slate functionality and the overall user experience.
You are invited to join an in-person and/or virtual open forum where we will gather your valuable feedback on:
- What went well during the implementation
- What challenges or barriers you encountered
- What enhancements or improvements you would like to see in the future
