Scott Wallace, 34, unhoused with a last known address in Norton, was placed under arrest on a charge of Destruction of Evidence. Officers approached Wallace in Porter Sq. while he was engaged in open drug use. Upon seeing officers, Wallace destroyed the suspected illegal narcotics.
