The 5th round of negotiations for a European Union - Philippines Free Trade Agreement (EU-PH FTA) took place from 2-6 March in Brussels. Significant progress was achieved across a broad range of areas covered by the envisioned agreement.
The European Union and the Philippines reaffirmed their shared ambition to conclude a comprehensive and ambitious agreement that strengthens economic ties and supports resilient and sustainable growth.
