Denver, CO - June 30, 2026 - Crest Rock Partners ("Crest Rock"), a Denver-based private equity firm investing in lower middle market industrial, software, technology, and services businesses, today announced a strategic growth investment in Andrew Site Work (the "Company"). The investment will support further geographic growth and new utility service offerings to build upon the Company's exceptional track record of customer service and success in complex infrastructure projects.
Founded in 2008 by Ralph Andrew and headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida, Andrew Site Work conducts installation and maintenance activities for municipalities, counties, utility districts, and private organizations. The Company has strong expertise in upgrades and maintenance of water main and sewer systems, repair and maintenance of water and sewer treatment facilities, and other underground utility activities. In addition to its self-performance capabilities, Andrew Site Work has design-build and construction manager at risk capabilities.
The Company's work has been instrumental in supporting Southwest Florida's rapid growth and the continued upgrading of its legacy infrastructure. In partnership with Crest Rock, the Company will continue to work closely with its local government partners to build and ensure the quality of this infrastructure for years to come.
