Students, faculty and staff are invited to join two upcoming Amazon Web Services community meetups exploring how artificial intelligence and modern security frameworks are reshaping the public sector. These free sessions, hosted by the Idaho AWS User Group, offer a chance to learn directly from technology leaders applying AI and cloud innovation in real-world settings.

Highlights will include a story from Josh Hon with the Idaho Transportation Department. Hon will explain how the DMV is using AI with Amazon Connect to transform their customer service experience in innovative ways.
