Introducing Magnitude: When more matters

SHL Medical's cartridge-based autoinjector, developed to support where large-volume subcutaneous delivery is going.

The next wave of biologics is pushing subcutaneous delivery into larger volumes, into territory that until recently meant an infusion, on-body systems, or a clinic visit. Meeting that in a device patients can use themselves at home is what SHL Medical's cartridge-based large-volume autoinjector was built for. Today it steps forward under a new name, Magnitude.

Many of our partners have known this device as Maggie. Magnitude is where its story continues, now under a name that matches its purpose: to bring more into a single subcutaneous injection.

In this context, "more" goes beyond volume.

Magnitude is built for evolving formulations and delivery profiles that are still taking shape. It is designed to adapt as large-volume programs' needs change, while keeping handheld self-injection practical and familiar.

At its core, Magnitude carries forward everything Maggie established and keeps SHL Medical's Needle Isolation Technology (NIT) evolving with the device.

 Magnitude will be shown at CPHI Milan, the PDA Universe of Pre-Filled Syringes and Injection Devices, and PODD® in the coming weeks.
