Northwest Missouri State University's Board of Regents will meet Friday, Oct. 30, for its regular session on the University's Maryville campus.
The Board will meet at 9 a.m. in the Administration Building Boardroom, which is located in Room 310. The tentative meeting agenda is accessible at https://www.nwmissouri.edu/aboutus/regents/meetings/2026/Oct30.htm.
The tentative agenda for the regular session includes a vote to close part of the meeting pursuant to R.S. Mo 610.021. After any closed session, the Board, at its discretion, may decide to go back into an open session to discuss old business or raise new items as individual members deem appropriate.
In addition to the Board of Regents meeting, Oct. 30 is Northwest's Walkout Day, an annual tradition of canceling class on the University campus during the Friday of Homecoming week. Click here for more information about Northwest's Homecoming week activities and traditions.
The Board of Regents is responsible for sound resource management of the University and for determining general, educational and financial policies.
