Norton Rose Fulbright recognized among 2025 “Top Workplaces” in Houston

Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office has been selected as a 2025 "Top Workplace" in the Houston metro area for the fifth consecutive year. The firm ranked ninth among the top large workplaces in Houston and is the only law firm to make the top 50 this year.

Published by Houston Chronicle, the list is based on the feedback of more than 700 of the firm's US personnel compiled through a confidential job satisfaction survey. The survey, conducted by employee engagement firm Energage, measured the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other factors.

"What makes our firm a 'top workplace' is the incredible people who work here," said Carter Dugan, Partner-in-Charge of the Houston office. "Our culture is built on collaboration and respect, and every day our team shows up and lives out these core values. That's what makes our office such a special place to work."

Norton Rose Fulbright has also been recognized as a 2025 "Top Workplace" in Dallas, San Antonio and New York. Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed 27 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception in 2006.
