10-Year T-Note futures rebound from contract lows as oil slides.

10-Year T-Note futures rebounded from recent contract lows, finding support as sliding crude oil prices helped alleviate near-term inflation concerns. With WTI Crude Oil futures dropping below $90 a barrel, the Treasury market digested hawkish Fed speak and focused on the potential for reduced inflation pressure. Yields moved lower in unison across the entire curve, with the 1-Year to 30-Year durations shedding 3 to 5 basis points and the 10-Year yield dropping to 5.27%.
