Shore Medical Center Names Endoscopy Nurse Christina Shiffler, RN, its September Employee of the Month

Shore Medical Center recently named Endoscopy Nurse Christina Shiffler, RN, of Marmora its September Employee of the Month for consistently delivering outstanding service and exemplifying the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Shiffler began her career at Shore in August 2021. As an endoscopy nurse, Shiffler prepares patients for procedures, provides attentive care throughout, supports them in their recovery, and serves as a knowledgeable charge nurse guiding the team. She is known within the Endoscopy Department as a dependable colleague who provides exceptional clinical care while also taking a leadership role, guiding her team with professionalism and compassion.

Paul Sikora, BSN, RN, manager of Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac Cath Lab, praised Shiffler for her professionalism and leadership.

Outside of work, Shiffler is a proud mom of two boys, and enjoys spending time with her family.
