World Boating Day 2026 Takes Place May 23 – Registration Now Open
World Boating Day will take place on 23 May 2026, and ICOMIA is proud to be part of it alongside other industry leaders.

Shape the International Celebration
The boating industry is preparing once again for World Boating Day 2026 - a global initiative designed to increase visibility, strengthen public understanding and showcase the value of our sector. Across the world, organisations will open their doors and offer hands-on experiences to the public. In 2025, 18 countries hosted over 100 events and reached more than 21 million people online.
As an official partner, ICOMIA encourages you to shape the international celebration by hosting an activity and securing your place on the WBD global map.
World Boating Day 2026 - Extraordinary Stories to Tell
The boating industry has extraordinary stories to tell and WBD 2026 by the Superyacht Life Foundation is designed to bring those stories to the public.
Registrations for this global campaign are now live. As are invites for companies to open their doors and allow the public to discover the skills, innovation and people behind the world of leisure boating.
