Man Charged with Using Grok AI to Generate Child Sex Abuse Images
Jerry Dubose II, 47, is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after he was identified as the suspect who utilized Grok AI to generate images of child sex abuse.
Special Victims Division detectives executed a search warrant at Dubose' New Sawyer Brown Road residence following an Internet Crimes Against Children Unit investigation. The investigation was initiated after multiple CyberTips to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding possession of child sex abuse material in an online account.
The reported activity ranges from September 2025 through March 2026. Dubose was linked to the account through his address and cell phone. He remains jailed on $25,000 bond.
In 2000, Debose was convicted of indecent exposure involving two female victims ages 10 and 4.
