Quest Diagnostics Completes $500M Notes Offering

Fried Frank advised Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, as representatives of the underwriters, in Quest Diagnostics Incorporated's $500 million offering of 5.000% senior notes due 2036. Quest Diagnostics provides diagnostic information and clinical testing services through its network of laboratories and patient service centers.

Corporate partners Daniel J. Bursky and Mark Hayek led the Fried Frank team, which included tax partner Joseph E. Fox and corporate associates Jeff M. Tonge and Jack Madigan.
