Duravant Completes Acquisition of Matthews Automation Solutions

Downers Grove, IL - December 31, 2025 - Duravant LLC ("Duravant"), a global leader in advanced automation technologies, announced the completion of its acquisition of Matthews Automation Solutions, a leading provider of Warehouse Execution System (WES) and Warehouse Control System (WCS) software, controls, and integration services, from Matthews International Corporation (NASDAQ GSM: MATW). The transaction was first announced on November 13, 2025, and was completed today.
