Charleston, W.Va. - The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission (JVAC) is currently accepting applications to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge William J. Sadler in the 13th Judicial Circuit serving Mercer County.

All applicants for a judicial vacancy in a West Virginia Judicial Circuit must complete this Application Form in full and return it via email to [email protected], or by mail, addressed to:
