High-Level Inter-American Mission to Haiti to Hold Press Conference

The High-Level Inter-American Mission to Haiti led by the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Albert R. Ramdin, will hold a press conference at the conclusion of its visit on Wednesday, August 19, at 9:00 EDT (13:00 GMT), in Port-au-Prince.

In addition to Secretary General Ramdin, representatives of the United Nations; the Caribbean Community (CARICOM); the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO); the World Bank; the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB); the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF); the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB); and the Inter-American Defense College (IADC) will participate in the press conference.

The press conference will take place in the Epicure Room of the El Rancho Hotel in Pétion-Ville.
