WAY TO GO helps people find sustainable transportation options in the Kansas City region.
WAY TO GO makes sustainable transportation an easy choice by providing educational resources, consulting services, fun events and connections to local engagement opportunities. Together we can manage congestion, keep our air clean and create a more climate-friendly future for the region.
WAY TO GO is a program of the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) and serves five counties in Missouri and four counties in Kansas. It is part of the State Implementation Plan to improve air quality in Kansas and Missouri. It is also included in the metropolitan transportation plan for the Kansas City metro area. WAY TO GO is primarily funded through the federal Congestion Mitigation Air Quality program.
