Norton Rose Fulbright's Global Head of Litigation and DisputesRichard Krumholz has been elected a Fellow by the International Society of Barristers (ISOB).
Founded in 1965, ISOB is committed to preserving trial by jury, the adversary system generally and an independent judiciary. Admission is by invitation only following nomination by an existing Fellow and an in-depth screening process by ISOB's Board of Governors. Fellows are distinguished as "outstanding in the field of advocacy," possessing excellent character, integrity and civility.
Richard has tried cases for more than 30 years in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings around the country. He represents clients in a broad range of cases, including complex business disputes, securities/merger litigation, multi-jurisdictional qui tam cases, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, energy litigation and multi-district litigation. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates, and was recently named by Forbes Magazine as one of the Top 200 lawyers in the United States.
Richard will be inducted at ISOB's annual Board Meeting in March 2026.
