The project consists of the construction of an approximately 3,200 square foot maintenance building, an approximately 4,495 square foot recycling enclosure, an approximately 1,914 square foot dumpster enclosure, 30 Electric Vehicle (EV) truck charging stalls, and ten trailer truck storage stalls with charger plug-ins. Solar canopies would be installed on the maintenance building, the recycling and trash enclosures, and above all parking.
LOCATION
The project is located on a vacant parcel southeast of the Topgolf Drive and Bay Vista Drive intersection on the south side of North 1st Street, approximately 410 feet west of Nortech Parkway in the City of San José.
