In July, Gemini completed an investment in Little Newtons, an operator of five schools in the greater Minneapolis and Chicago suburbs focused on early childhood development. In August, Gemini completed an investment in Aero Bending Company, a leading manufacturer for military and commercial aerospace customers. Founded in 1944 and based in Palmdale, CA, the Company specializes in complex tube-bending, welding, CNC machining, and related assemblies and provides components to leading tier-1 aerospace manufacturers such as Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Meggitt.
