Cozen O’Connor Holds Annual Board of Directors Election

PHILADELPHIA, October 9, 2026 - Cozen O'Connor held its annual board of directors election, electing Jason Domark, Katheryn A. Gettman, and Laura L. Reinhart, and re-electing Jeremy J. Glenn to the board. Each will serve a three-year term. The board comprises more than 30 attorneys and business professionals from Cozen O'Connor's various offices and practice areas.

Jason serves as the office managing partner of the firm's Miami office and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on general business, fiduciary, restrictive covenant and trade secrets, international, and real estate related litigation. Jason has created and managed worldwide litigation strategies for multinational corporations and individuals in disputes involving U.S., European, South American, Caribbean, and Asian jurisdictions.

Katie is vice chair of the firm's corporate practice group and provides legal and business guidance to corporations, executives, and business owners primarily by acting as their outside general counsel. Many of Katie's clients are businesses looking to grow and she advises these companies on acquisition and financing strategies. She counsels and guides corporations, executives, and business owners in mergers, stock sales and asset acquisitions, private placement offerings, and subscription agreements.

Laura is the vice chair of the firm's Business Litigation Group and office managing partner of the Pittsburgh office. She litigates cases in multiple state and federal courts across the country, including trying matters in notoriously difficult jurisdictions for corporate defendants. She has more than 20 years of experience in complex litigation, focused in the heavily regulated rail and the long-term care industries. She was a member of several trial teams obtaining defense verdicts in FELA litigation.

Jeremy Glenn, office managing partner of the firm's Chicago office, has more than 25 years of experience representing management in all facets of labor and employment litigation and counseling matters. Jeremy's practice encompasses negotiations and disputes that arise from the onset of the employer-employee relationship. He has defended class action wage and hour/overtime disputes, EEO class actions, and retaliatory discharge cases.
