This fun and upbeat class is designed to get you moving while learning a popular line dance in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

11:30 am | Mindful Relaxation Session

This guided meditation will begin with a simple breathing exercise to aid in relaxation, move into a body scan to notice and release physical tension, and finish with easy visualizations to help calm your mind and bring a sense of ease.
