HR and Management Experts Network with UMGC Business Students

At UMGC's second bi-annual Business Connect Series, business students had the opportunity to gain real-world insights from experts in human resources and management. The event featured author and communication strategist Michelle Holden, along with Dr. Craig Nathanson and Dr. John DiBenedetto, both of whom are retired executive vice presidents and chief human resources officers who now serve as UMGC adjunct faculty.

Following the panel discussion, students joined breakout sessions for direct conversations with the presenters. In Dr. DiBenedetto's session, students explored strategies for engaging employees, developing people leaders, and navigating emerging workplace trends.
