EUCAP Somalia is proud of its dedicated Police Officers, who plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the Federal Darwish Training Cycles - one of the Mission's flagship programmes.

EUCAP Somalia is proud of its dedicated Police Officers, who plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the Federal Darwish Training Cycles - one of the Mission's flagship programmes.

These Mission Members, who are seconded by law enforcement institutions from different European Union Member States, truly make a difference in helping the Somali Police Force build a robust and sustainable policing capacity, including in newly liberated areas from terrorist groups.

This photo, in the presence of the Somali Police Commissioner and our Head of Mission, was taken during the graduation ceremony of the fourth cohort of Federal Darwish Officers that were trained by the Mission. The total amount of Federal Darwish Officers that graduated under EUCAP Somalia's supervision now exceeds 400 of whom dozens of women.

Thank you from EUCAP Mission leadership to the EU Police Officers for their dedication and commitment, day in, day out, in fulfilling the Mission's mandate!
