The initial release of HZ will be available in four strains across cartridges, disposables, and badder, beginning April 18

MIAMI, April 14, 2026 - Ayr Wellness Inc. ("Ayr" or the "Company"), a leading vertically integrated U.S. multi-state cannabis operator, today announced the debut of HZ, its new live rosin line, rolling out across Florida beginning on Saturday, April 18. Timed to launch ahead of 4/20, the industry's most culturally significant holiday, the new line underscores a continued focus on investing in its patient experience across the Sunshine State.

The launch of HZ is supported by Ayr's recently opened indoor cultivation facility in Ocala, a nearly 100,000-square-foot site designed to expand product variety while maintaining the consistency and terpene integrity required for premium solventless extracts.

Live rosin is produced using a solventless extraction process, applying only heat and pressure to freshly frozen cannabis plants. This method helps preserve the plant's natural terpene and cannabinoid profile, resulting in a product that more closely reflects the original strain's aroma, flavor, and effects.

At launch, HZ will be available in multiple formats, including .5G 510-thread cartridges, .5G all-in-one disposables, and full-gram badder, with a curated lineup of strains including:

• Flora (Hybrid) - Sundae Driver x Sunset Sherbert
