Lowe’s Taps PROs in Mission to Ensure Every Child Has a Bed

Over two days across the country, Lowe's home service PROviders, red vest associates and community partners rolled up their sleeves, picked up power tools, and built thousands of beds. The goal was simple yet powerful: to ensure that children in need no longer have to sleep on the floor.

Through its partnership with Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), Lowe's took a leading role in the nationwide Bunks Across America initiative. At 40 Services Serves Lowe's locations, Lowe's dispatched expert Pros, associates and volunteers built 2,729 beds with the help of 3,658 volunteers. Nationwide, Lowe's support helped fuel efforts across 173 SHP chapters, resulting in more than 8,945 beds built by 11,755 volunteers.
