Willkie advised Eden Capital on its portfolio company Edcetera's acquisition of Pulse Radiology Institute, an online radiology school offering a fully licensed Associate Degree in Science with a specialization in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
On August 18, Edcetera, a provider of career education programs spanning expert-led online exam preparation, continuing education, and pre-licensure training, announced its acquisition of Pulse Radiology Institute. The acquisition expands Edcetera's offerings into degree-granting programs and further establishes it as a leading end-to-end provider of training and education in health care, skilled trades, and licensed professions.
Willkie previously advised Edcetera in its acquisitions of Pulse Radiology,a pre-licensure and continuing education provider for Radiologic Technologists, and PrepFE, an exam prep company for engineers.
Eden Capital is a New York-based private equity firm that partners with founders and leaders of companies with strong growth prospects in technology, business services, and education.
The Willkie team was led by partners Ray LaSoya and Caleb Vesey with associate Charles (Chip) Winkler.
