Benjamin Wilkoff Named a 2026 Lawyer on the Fast Track by The Legal Intelligencer

PHILADELPHIA, April 17, 2026 - Benjamin Wilkoff, a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Department, has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Legal Awards honoree in the Lawyers on the Fast Track (Large Firm) category. The Legal Intelligencer's Pennsylvania Legal Awards recognize law firms and attorneys who have made a significant, positive impact in Pennsylvania's legal community. Ben and the other honorees will be formally recognized at an awards ceremony on June 11 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Ben focuses his practice on business litigation and complex commercial litigation in both federal and state court on behalf of multinational companies in various industries. He has significant experience litigating matters from initiation through trial in a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, premises liability, product liability, catastrophic casualty claims, construction defects, dram shop matters, insurance defense, personal injury, employment matters, breach of contract matters, TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protections Act) cases, and international litigation. He previously investigated fraud cases on behalf of life insurers and sought to have STOLI policies declared void ab initio. Ben also works on long-term care and nursing home cases.
